How I Do My SEO Keyword Research For The 30 Day Niche Site Challenge
I spent 4 days humbling around and choosing a specific theme for my blog and I think I finally picked one, so that was the main reason why I am а little bit lag in my progress for the 30 Day Niche Site Challenge. Well let’s see what I have done so far. First thing first – I am not the Best Guru on the planet , but I managed to create my own unique way for making my Keywords Research in the last couple of months, which involves a couple of paid tools, but the Screenshots further down this post will speak for themselves. The Niche I found is actually Amazon related and the first thing I always to is to open Azon Top 100 Analyzer , which is one of the 3 Tools, which comes in one pack from Dave Guindon and Chris Guthrie. Check the screenshot below to have a close look to the steps are made. Simply select the Website you want to Scrape Info from, select Data Source – I like to choose most of the time “Best Sellers” , click the tick where it says ” Search All Categories” and hit the GREEN START button above. That’s it and now let the Software do his job.
Then the software usually comes up with around 3,000 products suggestions and with one simple digging using the tabs , you come up with decent amount of high selling items. Then I typically like to take 2,3 keywords and place them in the Azon Keyword Generator as shown on the next screenshot below.
The Azon Keyword Generator will generate over thousand suggestions of keywords, which are currently searched on Google,Amazon and eBay. After that simply copy all of them and open Google Keyword Tool , which is totally Free of Use. I paste them all , Set the Match Types to Exact Match , this example I have chosen Location: United Kingdom , Language : English and also Local Monthly Searches > 720 and hit Search. I then download all the keywords matching my criteria into an .CSV for Excel file and run them through a tool called Stealth Keyword Competition Analyzer, which will give me really almost 100% accurate results comparing to Micro Niche Finder and Market Samurai, which I will use lastly just to confirm that I am really on the right track, because if I fail on the Keywords selection, it is most likely not to achieve the goals set from the start.
I intend to shoot seperate videos for my Youtube Channel for each Tool , because I really can not get deep into my sticky part of using them. As I move forward with my research, I simply separate and use only the AMAZING keywords from Stealth Keyword Competition Analyzer and Import them via .TXT file in Micro Niche Finder for verification of what I have achieved so far. I think the Picture speaks for itself.
By this time I have already 25 keywords with Low Competition and it was time to separate the the rookie keywords from the pros – what I mean is that I will choose the 10 most converting keywords and will import them in Market Samurai to check the OnPage factors along with some more statistic, which this awesome tool is pooling from the BING database.
The Great thing about Micro Niche Finder and Market Samurai is that they allow importing Keywords, so you can dig down more tightly related to your niche.
So I have now 2 Main Keywords + 8 additional LSIs for my Semi Authority Niche Site. Get ready for next article about Buying Domain , Setting up the Hosting , the WordPress and the Theme+Plugins. I hope you will like this article. I will be happy to hear back your comments.
